This is dreamy. With the new year comes resolutions. I'm not one for resolutions but I am one for making wishes. Given The Chance by The Kite String Tangle is one big kiss of a wish and I am love it. Are you listening pup? This is one of the many fantastic bands from Australia. The list of remarkable bands from Australia keeps getting bigger and longer. I'm happy to include The Kite String Tangle to that ever growing list. Hey, let's go there. You and me. Let's go down under and see some of these amazing groups preform with a good Fosters beer in one hand and some kangaroo jumpin' with us as we dance. A dreamy wish there. I guess I'll just hit play and spin some fine Aussie tunes.

We've been a little mellow here on My Noise Spinning and I think it's time for something a little more upbeat. A little anyway. Here is a groovy spin, Goodnight, by Cosmo's Midnight that I like a whole lot. It's full of wonderful reverb, deep beats and is just as catchy as they come. A couple of Aussie producers are behind the mix and they rock kiddo. It's another mystery as to the actual lyrics but that's ok. It's just fun. And we need a lot more fun now days if you ask me. So kick back, hit play and enjoy the spin.

I featured AOSOON's Skinny Strong this past summer but the link died so I pulled the post. But kiddo I really liked that spin. So in searching for a better link I found this slick remix by kBot. I like it. I like it a lot. There is something wonderful when a remix finds the original sound and adds just that little something something to makes it just a bit better. I'm pleased to have this back on the blog for you to listen to once again. A rather fun little hiccup if you ask me.

Happy 1st day of 2014. It's seems like forever since it was 2013. Time sure flies when you're having fun. Bring on the future. Let's see what you might hold for us in the coming year. Like money to spend I can't wait to see how this is going to pay out. I feel as if I should be reflecting on the past year but I'll let The Tragic Thrills have their Afterthoughs instead. Me, I'm looking forward to the spins yet unspun, the friends I have yet to meet and the love that is going to blossom in the coming year. So get off that floor and join me as we look forward to the possibilities yet to be realized, the dreams yet to be dreamt and the kisses yet to curl our toes.
